This formation shows little symetry in design. 

 

Koba from Canada rightly observes that this formation uses a previous circle that appeared on June 2nd (accompanying the heptagon - in fact this circle initially aligned with the heptagon and the Whire Horse on Milk Hill.  See picture below:

 

 

This basic circle is now incorporated in this design below the heart shape.
