* Lectures now take place in the more intimate (and infinitely more comfortable) Ellis Theatre

Refunds / Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot attend the event after the purchase of your ticket, we regret that the WCCSG cannot refund the cost of your ticket. All pre-sold ticket sales help to pay for the cost of the event and are taken into account when calculating our budgets. Any refunds would therefore have a detrimental affect on the groups funds. We hope you understand.
If you find that uncontrolable circumstances mean that you cannot attend - we would be happy to offer you the 'live-stream' of the conference talks so you could watch them live through your computer at home, or save them to your computer until a more convenient time.
Alternatively you can transfer your ticket to another name. We would be happy for a friend to attend if you cannot make it.
